Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lagshaus Booking and Email Automation system ("the Service"), operated by Femi Lags ("we", "us", or "the Operator"). By submitting a meeting request through the public booking page or by authorising the Service to access your Google account, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Acceptance and eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction, to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information when submitting a meeting request and to respect the confidentiality of any information shared during a booked meeting.

2. The Service

The Service has two primary functions:

• A public booking page where visitors may request a meeting with the Operator. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval; the Operator reserves the right to approve, decline, or reschedule any request at their sole discretion.
• A private email and document automation system that the Operator runs against their own Google account. This is operator-only functionality and is not exposed to public visitors.

3. Meeting requests

• The Service displays a "Busy" overlay on the booking calendar so visitors avoid requesting times that are already taken. We make a best-effort to keep this overlay current, but we do not guarantee real-time accuracy.
• An approved request will result in a calendar invitation being emailed to the address you provided. If you do not receive an invitation within a reasonable time after approval, contact the Operator.
• The Operator may decline any request without explanation. The Operator may also cancel or reschedule an approved meeting; you will be notified through the calendar invite if so.
• Submitting fraudulent, abusive, threatening, or harassing requests is grounds for permanent rejection of all future requests from your contact details.

4. Acceptable use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• Attempt to reverse-engineer, probe, or exploit security weaknesses in the Service or its infrastructure.
• Submit automated, scripted, or bulk requests with the intent to overwhelm the Service or the Operator's calendar.
• Submit content that is unlawful, harassing, defamatory, infringing, or otherwise harmful.
• Impersonate another person or organisation in your booking-request details.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes what data we collect, how it is used, and your rights regarding that data. Please review it before using the Service.

6. Google API services

The Service uses Google API services (Gmail, Drive, Calendar) to operate. Use of those services through the Service is also subject to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. The Service:

• Uses Google user data only for the automation features explicitly described in our Privacy Policy.
• Does not transfer Google user data to third parties except as needed for those features (e.g. Google's own AI Studio classification or sending calendar invitations).
• Does not use Google user data for advertising.
• Does not allow human reading of Google user data unless we have explicit operator consent for a specific case (e.g. operator-led debugging), the data is required for compliance with law, or it is aggregated and anonymised for service-improvement metrics.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Calendar availability shown on the booking page is informational only and may not reflect the very latest state of the Operator's calendar.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall the Operator be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service. In any case, the Operator's total liability shall not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100).

9. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including breach of these Terms. All provisions of the Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. The "Effective" date at the top reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction of residence, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved in that jurisdiction's courts.
