What is Lagshaus?

Lagshaus is the personal scheduling and email-automation service operated by Femi Lags (femi.lags@gmail.com), a multi-LLC real estate and corporate-governance operator. It serves two distinct audiences:

Visitors — anyone wishing to request a meeting can do so through the public booking page. No account signup, no password, just a simple form.
Femi himself — as the sole operator and the only person whose Google account is connected, he uses the system to organise his inbox, file Drive documents, and review incoming requests.

The codebase is open and the data flows are documented in the Privacy Policy. There is no multi-tenant database, no advertising network, and no third-party analytics on this site.

Google data access

The Lagshaus backend connects only to Femi's own Google account via Google's standard OAuth consent flow. The scopes requested and their purposes are listed below. No visitor of this site needs a Google account to use it — Google sign-in is only used by Femi as the operator.

gmail.readonly

Read inbox messages so the classifier can label, route, and summarise incoming mail. Attachment bytes are never transmitted to AI models.

gmail.modify · gmail.labels

Apply user-defined Gmail labels and archive non-priority messages per Femi's configured rules. The service never permanently deletes mail.

calendar

List events to power the public busy/free overlay (anonymised), and insert new events on approved bookings. Verbs are restricted in code to events.insert, events.delete, events.list, and calendarList.list only.

drive

Classify and re-file existing user-owned files into a folder taxonomy on Femi's Drive. Files are moved, never deleted; no trash or content overwrite is permitted in code.
